Police In Northern Mexico Seize Two Home-made Armored Cars

Police announced Sunday they have seized two homemade tanklike armored trucks and three other vehicles with less extensive weldedplate bulletproofing in the northern border town of Ciudad Camargo, across from Rio Grande City, Texas.
